BeckonX Terms of Service

Before using the application, you need to register an account ("Account"). To create an account, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Be at least 18 years old or reach the age of majority for legally signing contracts according to the laws of your country/region.
2. The laws of your country/region allow the use of this application.

BeckonX is for adults aged 18 and over. Users must confirm that they are at least 18 before accessing the service. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to a minor, we may suspend or terminate the account and request age verification.

Create one account using your own registration details. Do not use someone else's account or share your account without permission.

You will meet the people you want to meet at BeckonX, but if you want to leave, you can delete your account at any time by logging in, going to the "Settings" page, and clicking "Delete Account". Your account will be immediately deleted.

We use automated tools and human review to monitor accounts and content, investigate reports, and identify potential violations of these terms. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account, restrict access to the application, or use any available operation, technology, legal or other means to enforce the terms at our sole discretion. When we take action against your account or your content, we will notify you through a system message, unless we are not suitable to do so (e.g. law enforcement agencies do not allow it). For all other users, we can take such actions at any time without assuming any responsibility. Without limiting the above provisions in any way, unless otherwise prohibited by mandatory laws in your country/region of residence, we expressly reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account: (1) in violation of these terms, (2) due to your behavior on the application or with other users of the application, if we determine in our sole discretion that your behavior is inappropriate or inappropriate, (3) for any reason we believe we can terminate it at our discretion.

You can access three types of content on the application:

1. The content you upload and provide ("Your Content");
2. Content provided by members ("Member Content");
3. Content provided by BeckonX ("Our Content").

You agree that your content must comply with our updated terms of use. As your content is unique, you are responsible for it. For any claims related to your content, you will compensate, defend, exempt, and hold us harmless. You are not allowed to display any personal contact information or bank information related to you or any other person on your profile page (such as name, home address or postal code, phone number, email address, URL, credit/debit card or other bank details). If you choose to disclose any personal information about yourself to other users, whether through email or other means, the risk is borne by you. We encourage you to be as cautious as in any other situation when disclosing detailed information about yourself to third parties online.

As BeckonX is a public dating platform, your content will be visible to other users of the application - therefore, before publishing, please ensure that you are able to freely share your content. Therefore, you agree that other users and anyone who accesses, participates in, or receives application links (such as individuals who receive user profile links or shared content from other BeckonX users) may view your content. By uploading your content on BeckonX, you represent and warrant to us that you have all necessary rights and licenses, and automatically grant us a non exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, global license to use your content in any way (including but not limited to editing, copying, modifying, adapting, translating, reformatting, creating derivative works, merging into other works, advertising, distributing, and otherwise making such content available to the public, in whole or in part, and in any format or medium currently known or developed in the future).

We may transfer and/or sublicense the aforementioned license to our affiliated companies and successors without your further approval.

We have no obligation to store your content - if it is important, you should make a copy. In order to prevent other members or third parties outside of BeckonX from using your content without consent, you authorize us to handle such infringement and/or unauthorized use on your behalf. This explicitly includes the right (but not the obligation) to send deletion notifications on your behalf if your content is obtained and used by third parties outside of BeckonX.

Other members of BeckonX will also share content through the application. The membership content belongs to the user who publishes the content and is stored on our server, and is displayed through the application under the instruction of the user who provides the membership content.

You do not have any rights to the content shared by other members, and you may only use the personal information of other BeckonX users to the extent that your use of this information is in line with BeckonX's purpose of allowing people to get to know each other. You are not allowed to use other users' information for commercial purposes, send spam emails, harass, track or make illegal threats. If you misuse the information of other users, we reserve the right to terminate your account.

Any other text, content, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds, and other intellectual property appearing on BeckonX, as well as BeckonX software and databases, are owned, controlled, or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, data, database rights, and/or other intellectual property law rights. The ownership and interests of all our content always belong to us.

We grant you a non exclusive, limited, personal, non transferable, revocable license to access and use our content, but without the right to sublicense, subject to the following conditions:

1. Unless permitted by the application's functionality, you are not allowed to use, sell, modify, or distribute our content;
2. You are not allowed to use our name in meta tags, keywords, and/or hidden text;
3. You are not allowed to create derivative works from our content, nor to crawl, disable, decompile, analyze, or commercially exploit all or part of our content in any way;
4. You can only use our content for legitimate purposes;

We reserve all other rights.

We do not guarantee that all content is reviewed before it appears. We may review, restrict, or remove content when we receive a report or identify a potential violation, including content exchanged through private messages where permitted by law.

BeckonX uses profile details, preferences, location, and in-app interactions to help you discover profiles that may be relevant to you. The service also includes the Beckoning interaction, which lets you express intentional interest before a mutual connection begins a conversation. AI assistance may provide explanations or conversation suggestions, but it does not make final relationship decisions or send messages automatically.

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti spam laws, equal opportunity laws, and regulatory requirements;
• Provide accurate information and do not misrepresent your age or identity;
• Use the service in a safe, inclusive, and respectful manner, and always adhere to our community guidelines.

You agree that you will not:

• Acting in an illegal or disrespectful manner, including dishonesty, insults, or discrimination;
• Distorting your identity, age, current or previous position, qualifications, or relationship with an individual or entity;
• Disclose information that you have not agreed to disclose;
• Track or harass any other user of this application;
• Using this application in any deceptive, untrue, or manipulative manner, including engaging in activities related to fraud, spam, untrue personal information, or commercial and promotional activities, or distributing related content;
• Submitting appeals, reports, notices, or complaints that are clearly unfounded;
• Develop, support, or use software, devices, scripts, robots, other types of mobile code, or any other means or process (including crawlers, browser plugins and add ons, or other technologies) to crawl or otherwise leak personal information and other data from BeckonX or its services, or otherwise copy personal data and other information from the services.

We don't like users behaving inappropriately on BeckonX. You can contact us to provide an overview of abuse and/or complaints, in order to report any abusive behavior or complaints about member content. You can also click the 'Report' button directly from the other party's personal profile to report the user. We reserve the right to investigate any behavior that may violate these terms, any BeckonX user rights, or any third-party rights, and we may, at our sole discretion, immediately terminate any user's right to use the application, as described in Section 1 above, and/or delete any inappropriate, infringing, or other unauthorized membership content submitted to the application.

We cannot control anything that users say or do, therefore you are fully responsible for your interactions with other users of the application.

You agree and hereby release BeckonX and its successors from any claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, and lawsuits, including personal injury, death, and property damage, arising directly or indirectly from your interactions or actions with other users of this application. If you are a resident of California, you hereby waive Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which states that "a general waiver does not apply to any claim, demand, or any form of loss, damage, right, or action, including personal injury, death, or property, arising out of any unreasonable business conduct of BeckonX or from any material fact related to the application that the creditor or exempt party did not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of enforcement of the waiver, and if they knew it would have a material effect on their settlement with the debtor or exempt party. Without our prior consent, it is explicitly prohibited to crawl or copy any part of the application. This includes any means (automatic or otherwise) outside of our currently available and published interfaces - unless you explicitly allow this in a separate agreement with us.

For information on how BeckonX collects, uses, and shares your personal data, please refer to our privacy policy. By using BeckonX, you acknowledge that we may use such data in accordance with our privacy agreement.

We may provide you with emails, text messages, push notifications, reminders, and other messages related to the application and/or BeckonX services. After downloading the application, the system will ask you to accept or reject push notifications/alerts. If you refuse, you will not receive any push notifications/alerts. If you accept, push notifications/alerts will be automatically sent to you. If you no longer want to receive push notifications/reminders from the application, you can choose to turn off push notifications by changing the notification settings on your mobile device. For other types of messages or communications, such as email, SMS, etc., you can choose to exit according to the specific instructions included in such communications, or through [email protected] send your request to us via email.

This application may allow you to access or provide opportunities for you to view certain content and receive other products, services, and/or materials based on your location. To give you these opportunities, the application will use one or more reference points (such as GPS, Bluetooth, and/or software on your mobile device) to determine your location. If you have set your mobile device to disable GPS, Bluetooth, or other location determination software, or unauthorized applications to access your location data, you will not be able to access the content, products, services, and materials of such specific locations. For more information about how the application uses and retains your information, please read the privacy agreement.

The application, website, our content, and member content are provided to you "as is" and "available" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, ownership, or non infringement. Without limiting the above provisions, we do not guarantee any compatibility matches.

If the applicable law does not allow the above express or implied warranties to be excluded, we grant the minimum express or implied warranties required by applicable law. Any oral or written advice or information shall not constitute any warranty, representation or guarantee not expressly stated in this section.

In addition, we do not guarantee that the application or website will not be interrupted, secure, or error free, nor do we guarantee that your use of the application or website will meet your expectations, nor do we guarantee that the application, website, our content, any member content, or any part thereof will be correct, accurate, or reliable. Your use of the application or website is at your own risk. You are fully responsible for your interactions with other members. BeckonX is not responsible for any user's behavior. BeckonX will not conduct criminal background checks on its members.

We or any owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits or reputation, property damage or third-party claims arising from your access to or use of the application, website, our content or any member content. Whether based on breach of contract, infringement (including negligence), proprietary rights infringement, product liability, or other reasons.

Even if we are informed of the possibility of such damages, the above provisions should still apply. If you have any dissatisfaction with the application or website, your only remedy is to stop using the application and website.

You hereby waive any and all claims arising from the use of the application or website.

All actions and information posted by you on BeckonX are your responsibility. Therefore, you agree to indemnify, defend, release and hold us and our partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents harmless from any third-party claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), litigation, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or reasonably incurred by us as a result of:

1. Any negligent behavior, negligence or intentional misconduct on your part;
2. Your access and use of the application;
3. You upload or submit content to the application;
4. Any behavior that violates these terms by you;
5. You violate any laws or any rights of any third party.

We reserve the exclusive right to settle, compromise, and pay any and all claims or causes of action against us without your prior consent. If we make a request, you will cooperate fully and reasonably as per our request to defend any related claims.

If you believe that any content on BeckonX infringes the copyright of the work you own, please submit a notice to BeckonX's copyright agent alleging such infringement. The delisting notification must include the following content:

1. The handwritten or electronic signature of the authorized representative of the claimed owner of the infringed exclusive rights;
2. Identify the copyrighted works claimed to have been infringed, or if a single notification covers multiple copyrighted works on a single online site, provide a representative list of such works;
3. The identification of materials that claim to have been infringed or become the subject of infringing activities and will be deleted or access will be disabled, as well as reasonable information sufficient for the service provider to find the materials;
4. Information sufficient for the service provider to contact you, such as address, phone number, and email (if available);
5. A statement indicating that you have sufficient reason to believe that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law;
6. A statement stating that the information in the notice is accurate and correct, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the alleged infringement of proprietary rights, and are willing to be punished for perjury.

These terms shall commence from the date of your acceptance (as stated in the preamble) and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You can log in to the application at any time, go to the "Settings" tab (gear icon), and then follow the instructions to terminate your account.

If BeckonX, at its sole discretion, determines that you have violated any part of these terms, abused the application, or otherwise exhibited behavior that BeckonX deems inappropriate or illegal (whether on or off the application), BeckonX reserves the right to: (a) warn you via email (sent to any email address you provide to BeckonX) that you have violated these terms; (b) Delete your user content; (c) Terminate your account; (d) Notify and/or send your user content to appropriate law enforcement agencies and/or fully cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies to take further action; And/or (e) take any other action deemed appropriate by BeckonX. You agree that any termination for any reason shall be at the sole discretion of BeckonX, and BeckonX shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account.

The termination of these terms or your account includes the cancellation of access to your account, as well as all relevant information and content related to or within your account.

abused the application, or exhibited any behavior deemed inappropriate or illegal by BeckonX, BeckonX reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account without prior notice.

Before you can use BeckonX, we need to mention some other things.

This clause (which we may modify from time to time) constitutes the entire agreement between you and BeckonX, operated by Hainan Xianyoudou Network Technology Co., Ltd. This clause replaces all our previous agreements, statements, and arrangements (written or oral), excluding the privacy policy.

BeckonX offers optional AI assistance for natural-language discovery, recommendation explanations, profile improvement suggestions, conversation starters, and reply drafts. When supported, some processing runs on your device. If on-device processing is unavailable and AI assistance is enabled, a privacy-controlled backend service may be used.

Some AI-assisted features require iOS 26 or later and a device that supports Apple Intelligence. If an AI provider is unavailable, the app falls back to a standard rule-based experience where possible.

AI-generated suggestions are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. BeckonX does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or outcome of any AI-assisted recommendation. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and interactions on the app.

AI-generated suggestions are for reference and user review only. They do not send messages automatically, make final relationship decisions, or infer private emotions from heart-rate data. You can enable or disable AI-assisted features at any time in Settings. BeckonX does not use your personal data to train public AI models.
